When SC detects an error on the client, it will send the
next frame to be rendered by the same client. This
apperas to happen very quickly, so within a half hour,
40-50 frames are skipped, until communication with the
client starts working again.

Another circumstance that causes frames to be skipped is
when clients in the Clients List do not have VNS running.
Some testing shows that adding a client into the list that
doesnt have VNS running will immediately output a message
saying "Connection was refused". Further along in the render,
SC will try to send frames to it a few dozen times in a row,
causing all the skipped numbers, and frames to go unrendered.
