   Hi ppl,

I've just selected one among hundreds of mods the "herring_song". Everyone is 
invited to preview it (loser.xm). The volumes of other "level_song" are 
ajusted to the new possible "herring_song" candidate.

What is the source and copyright on the song, out of curiosity?
We need either something we can just freely use in a GPL game, or
the permission of the author to use it...

Isn't that originally from tux racer?

As long as it is taken from the original one it should be under the GPL.
