[Super-tux-devel] exit menu on escape [patch]

Pressing escape in the main menu currently exits the game, even if 
you're in a submenu like load or options.  I've attached a patch that 
only exits if you're actually at the top level.

I'm not sure if you think it's worthwhile to always treat the escape key 
like a "back" button rather than a "close menu" button, but if you want 
me to I can change this to be the behavior for all of the menus.

 I've made a patch that did that and also used the back button when availab=
le.=20
It was never applied, here it goes again.
