Hi all,

the patches from Ricardo and DK have been commited to CVS.
Moreover the menu has been improved with Ricardo's help. .)

Note: I have changed some things in the level-editor and
marked the to features "Load Level" and "New Level" as FIXME,
because they aren't implemented. I'd like to see something like
a file-dialog to load a level and a possibility to specify the name
and some initial variables (length of the level for example) for
a new level.
