Since boos.jam is supposed to be mostly backwards compatible, try editing the .jam files in mk/jam (/trunk/supertux/mk/jam/jamcompatibility.jam has that error you can try removing.) I haven't tried and am in no possition to try that. You'd be better probably just getting the standard version of jam like someone else said. (Unless you feel like messing with that.)
