The TM was just for effect.  The term SuperTux Badguys has been in use
long before I showed up, I make no claim. I was mocking the over use of TM
on common every day words. Bad Guys are obviously common.

IMO, trademarks on common words is right up there with software patents,
Bad Stuff (TM:)
