By "unstable" I don't mean crashing all the time, I mean the way 0.0.5
and 0.0.6 were just progressions towards 0.1.0. I'm just saying that
we should make 0.3.x releases the progressions towards 0.4.0.

In short:
 - 0.1.2 would be a bugfix release for the 0.1.x series
 - 0.3.x would be progressions towards 0.4.0 (in the same way 0.0.x
progressed towards 0.1.0)
 - 0.4.0 would be Milestone2
 - 0.2.x would be skipped :)
