I like that idea, but it's too bad we can't have odd-numbered
y-versions to be the experimental tree (like the Linux kernel). For
example, the "1.0" release will actually be "1.1" when it's stable.
Maybe we should jump a few numbers now (ie, skip 0.2.x)?
