[Super-tux-devel] levels

I've created a few levels should anyone wish to test them.  I've tried to make 
them a little different from the current batch using the current icons.

Level 1 was designed to be a level of pipes

Level 2 was designed to be a kind of fish/water world.  lots of fish jumping 
at you in that one.

Level 3 was designed to be like a castle rooftop
