To noone's surprise I had a very low framerate (~ 12fps) and OpenGL mode made the game drop below 3fps -- hmmm: didn't crash the machine so I guess it's working as supposed to. I'm not able to report on fullscreen issues since my old Thinkpad 770E doesn't support resolutions < 1024x768 ... in other words: fullscreen worked quite well: gave me a 640x480 window with a black border 'round it in less than 5 secs. :-) Benjamin |
