It wouldn't be possible otherwise - Believe > me, I already made games using Qt. As said, it uses plain old pixel graphics, scale it up and you will see how the pixel apear. If you still don't believe me and use the source where you find the .pngs. The game just happens to use graphics in a higher res the most normal people use it, that why you can scale it up a little bit without noticing.
