Hi

I've attached a patch that creates a file called config in the 
~/.supertux directory.  It holds things like fullscreen, show_fps, etc.. 
and uses the new lispreader code.  It will create the file if you don't 
have one, and update it as you change options.

Let me know if there's anything you want me to change about it.
