Create a new mailing list (say tuxpaint-commit) or reuse an existing
one an do:

cvs -d :ext:gr...@cv...:/cvsroot/super-tux co CVSROOT

Add the following line to CVSROOT/loginfo:

DEFAULT /cvsroot/sitedocs/CVSROOT/cvstools/syncmail %{sVv} tux...@li...

commit the change and it should work.
