I think it would be nice to have a Super Mario like 'evil'
cloud that throws kinda bullets or (as seen in SM) another
enemies --- I like the idea of having a cloud that throws some
snowflakes. Those could be aimed towards the protagonist
and either smash once reaching the ground or begin walking
around and hunting Tux.
