I agree.  It's also a bit to crisp and clear, and would kind of interfere
with the foreground graphics.  I also don't understand how or it the
background would scroll.

OTOH, the art was great, so if the artist can help out somewhere else
in this project (or on another project... say, Tux Paint? ;^) ), please
encourage it! :^)
