[Super-tux-devel] Rewrite of SuperTux's game_action/game_draw

hi all,

I'm going to rewrite the game_action and game_draw functions.
This will provide us the possibility to extend SuperTux more
easily in the future through having a flexible code-base.

Please don't send any patches related to this two functions
until this is done.
