[Super-tux-devel] changes in CVS

Hi all,

you can now start supertux with 'supertux --debug-mode' to
ENABLE BACKSCROLLING! Of course, the --debug-mode is not introduced only
for backscrolling.

Moreover I split up the st_setup() into several parts.
