Changes,fixes, adds:

1. Changes: setup.c now open audio device even if --disable-sound command-line 
option was given. This is because the user can now decide to activate it 
later via menu.

2. Fixes: program aborts if there isn't an available device now fixed. (I 
discovered this while listening to XMMS :-))

3. Added: turning on/off sound for fun :-D via menu when you don't have an 
available audio device is no more allowed

4. Added: global variable "audio_device" in sound.h. Its value is set to YES 
when there's an available audio device. "use_sound" is used specifically to 
satisfy users' desire ^^
