[sunxacml-discuss] Policy Referencing

Dear Seth,

The test suite provided with the SunXACML 1.2 , contains some policies in 
which the policy referencing mechanism is shown, my question is about 
test.xml which contains the all the information about testpolicies.

in Group "E" , the test policies also contains an additional element 
PolicyReference or PolicySetReference, which provides actual reference to 
the XML Policy file referenced in the Policy, is doing this is really 
necessary i means association of a policyreference to a physical XML file 
location(policy file), if yes, is this standard, or just for this test 
suite, in real scenerio, can we skip it ??
