#9 LibView/TreeView: Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V

Copy & paste via keybord doesn't work anymore in the
TreeView. (It did work in the September release.)

I broke this (and maybe others) when I got Ctrl+C working
in BookControl. I'll try to fix this for the next release.

work-around:
- for folders & items within the same window:
use drag & drop with Ctrl pressed
- for labels:
use context menu key
