[sumo-user] route generation error

Hello All,
I used duarouter to generate route file: 
duarouter --net-file shanghai.net.xml --trip-files shanghaiOD.trips.xml --output-file shanghaiOD.rou.xml --ignore-errors --verbose
and I get the following error: 
File 'shanghaiOD.trips.xml' is not accessible.Routes found between time steps 2147483.65 and 2147483.65.Quitting (on error).
I do not know how to deal with this. Would you please help me?
