[sumo-user] message passing between vehicles

Hello,

      I perusing ME and my research area is in vanet. I  want to make
application in sumo. this application require message passing between
vehicles. is it possible to implement message passing between vehicle
in sumo ?

I have worked with traci and runner.py script.
