[sumo-user] Import of large cities into sumo - congestions at junctions

Hello!

I try to simulate a traffic scenario in the city of Ingolstadt for my bachelor thesis.
I want to do some research about car-2-car communication and so I use Trans to connect Sumo and ns2.

But now, I have a quite frustrating problem. 
There are congestions at nearly any complex junction with traffic lights. Even with only  2000 vehicles on the map!
I have imported the map from OSM and use the SUMO Version 0.10.3.

There are two reasons for the congestion:
- the junctions are not correctly build (see at http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/bi0s-1-png.html or http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/bi0s-2-png.html  )
- the traffic light programs are not correctly generated, for a junction which is connected to another junction (see http://www.bilder-hochladen.net/files/bi0s-3-png.html ).
In this case, vehicles blocks the other traffic at the junction. 

How can I improve the quality of the map easily?  Of course, I can change every junction by hand and set TLS-Programs by hand.
This solution is possible for a small map, but quite difficult for a map of a whole city.
