[sumo-user] Repeated vehicle emission

Dear sumo users,
at the moment the simulation provides a problematic interface
for the emission of similar vehicles (using the "repno"
parameter of a vehicle) which clones the vehicle and therefore
does not respect vehicle type and route distributions properly
(all clones are identical concerning route and type).
We are going to change this by introducing a "flow" concept into
the routes definitions which will give more flexibility and will
deprecate the "repno".
The old definitions will raise deprecation warnings from sumo
0.11.0 on and will probably behave differently ("correctly")
concerning route and type choice.
Details on flow definitions are to be found in the documentation
once they are implemented.
