[sumo-user] speed no regulary

Hello Daniel,

the mean speed who I have on the first edge, at the third minute, is of
17-18Km/h, but I think is it impossible.Because I have two edge of 200 m,
and also with the traffic ligth, the mean speed should be major.
I had make the same simple net with a Integration to confront the results,
and I can see who I have a results "apparently" more real and more regulary.
Who I can to control these values?
