I am quite interested in your software and its application while mining on rare proteomic data. However, before running your software for mining, I am still not clear about what kind of data, such as b ion score, y ion score or anything else from LC/MS ets proteomic experiment, is required?
And what type of such data is needed for the input?

The software only requires the actual m/z-intensity lists.
These have to be saved in the mzXML format (see http://sashimi.sf.net\).
