[SUE-list] Restructuring of SUE for the use with PulseAusio

Hello,

we are currently in the process of providing speech output that supports
the use of the PulseAudio server. There is a replacement of gnome-speech
in work.

This means, that you should not do a SUE update right now.

If you want to check SUE from the trunk, please use the revision 893:
