Nice program, Subtitle Workshop.
Unfortunately I don't see the commonly used UTF8 characterset under 'Charset'.
Many languages use accents (e.g. é,è,~,¨,ç...).
There doesn't seem to be a way to display those in Subtitle Workshop.
Is there some alternative way?

No, Subtitle Workshop doesn't support Unicode yet. There was some talk from the devs about implementing it, though I'm not sure if SW is even being developed anymore.
