maybe you could have the installer check if it has the required permissions and give a meaningful message if not, rather than just attempting to install and erroring out...

I have a problem that makes me crazy.
when I want to save my project, I cannot find my file after saving.
I translated about 200 lines now they all are gone ... it's like I had never saved those files.
I am new and don't know too much please tell me anything about saving my sub.

hello. I have a problem with this programme. I downloaded and then i could open it but later i couldn't. it says "could not initialize SUBTITLE API XE. Please download the file from http://www.urusoft.net and copy it to the "C:\Users\oyku\Desktop\SubtitleAPI\" directly. I cannot copy to there. it looks like there is no such thing in my documents. I don't know what to do. Please help.
