#3 SubWeaver with Vista, not working

It seems that the Extension will be installed, but when I try to commit from the right click menu it doesn't work.

I get this error (attached screen shot) when trying to access the top menu items.

Please elaborate more. Are you using 32 bit Vista or 64? What version of DW are you using? What version of tortoise are you using? Is it just the top menu commands or is it also the context menu commands?
