#16 Vobsub shifted position

Open a .idx/.sub and save it to a new .idx/.sub file.
The subtitle appears to be shifted up slightly.
A similar bug in saving the .sup file has been reported and fixed:

The screenshot at #17 is exactly what the bug looks like.

The bug is only visible on a DVP5960 stand alone player. It is not visible using software player or subresync.
