Nice catch. It is a bug and I am checking in a fix as I type this. _____ From: sub...@li... Subject: Re: [Subtext-devs] testing trackbacks - possible bug I've been doing a bit more testing and I may have found a bug related to comments/trackbacks. Using RedAlt.com I tested a trackback and got this msg: Sorry, but this comment is a duplicate of another comment. Duplicate comments are not allowed. So I went to Admin and attempted to turn on the "Allow Duplicate Comments" option. Apparently this is failing. To reproduce: Go to Admin > Options > Comments and Trackbacks Check "Allow Duplicate Comments" Click Save Navigate away Come back to Admin > Options > Comments and Trackbacks "Allow Duplicate Comments" is unchecked. Repeating fails to persist the checked state. I assume it is not just a UI issue because trackbacks contain to fail with the same "duplicate" message. All this testing was done on both my blog and http://haacked.dyndns.org/latest/ |
