#171 Subsonic doesn't provide a way to set a static port for DLNA

At the moment Subsonic randomly assigns DLNA port at startup. This makes it quite difficult to use DLNA and a firewall. If there was a way to set a static port that would be really handy!

    Now i have a much better understanding of DLNA, it's probably not the DLNA port that i'm blocking. But i do feel like i must be breaking something by blocking all ports other than 4040

    I am also running into an issue related to DLNA. I am using HTTPS and forwarding port 443 to 4043. Xbox One can see my NAS but cannot play songs. I am able to play songs through HTTPS on my phone and desktop; just not Xbox as it is using DLNA.

    Turning off HTTPS fixes the issue but is not a viable solution.
