#133 Fix popping sounds in jukebox mode

Hi,

I have the following subsonic setup and very often experience an annoying popping sound when jumping to the next track or jumping around in a track. This affects all version including the current trunk.

Subsonic runs inside a virtual machine on my NAS. The media files are mounted as a network share. Subsonic runs in jukebox mode and transmits the audio output via a SKAA usb sender into the living room. An android device is used for controlling the jukebox.

I have made some modifications in the AudioPlayer and JukeboxService that fixes 99% of these crackling sound issues for me. Patch file is attached.

• Increased the buffer size to the maximum number of bytes the data line supports
• Mutes the device before each line operation (like stop, start, etc.) and unmutes as late as possible
• Introduced a lag of currently 250ms before starting the playback and filling the audio line buffer with zeros. This last one is perhaps the most intrusive change and I don't know if this really makes sense.

Sindre, could you review the patch and comment on it? For me this works fine now and I certainly prefer a short delay over the popping sound. Btw. thanks for your great work on Subsonic!
