#1 Change Zeroconfig Service Name

[Dave Miller]

The Bonjour service type needs to be changed to a
unique value. Currently, the Bonjour engine will pick
up all iTunes shares as well as SubEthaShare traffic.
This is a very simple change code change, but we
should try to register our own zeroconfig service type
with: http://www.dns-sd.org/ServiceTypes.html

The service type is loaded within the file:
alpha/SubEthaEdit/src/GUI/bonjourThread.cpp
