Dear pSTV developer, et al,
 
I have created a 5 minute Flash tutorial demo for a quick start use of pSTV for ballot entry. I have also repackaged the Win pSTV distribution using the free Inno Setup ( www.innosetup.com ), which allows the user to specify a disk location and also creates a desktop icon. This Inno setup is nearly 50% smaller than the self-extracting archive now used to distribute pSTV Win. I recommend the pSTV developer(s) use Inno Setup for the Win distribution.
