#8 Two nullpointer deref

Hi,
I found Two nullpointer deref while parsing the
arguments of PORT and REST.
There is no check done wether or not there are an
argument and the param variable will get used anyway.
If it is NULL (and thus there is no argument) the
server crashes.

One could cause a denial of service with this.
