#34 login session for booking

Possibility to configure if a password is required to
make a booking. --> User has to login to be able to
book (but not to view bookings?!).

Maybe it would be good if the user does not have to be
a valid user id in the system, but a STUD user only
added by tha admin (configurable how to handle users?!)
