container-managed security was new to me, and resin
doesn't seem to be as friendly about the simple stuff
as tomcat, so it took me a bit to figure this out.
thought it might be nice to toss in the README --
this is put in web.xml --

hopefully this form'll safely encode the less-thans and
greater-thans of the above xml... if it looks like it
didn't, I'll repost more properly.

Resin. I'll try to find a spot for this in the main Struts
