The following bugs fixed:
1. Detail pages in struts-config editor disply wrong titles.
2. The menu item of "Add Struts Support to Web Project" should be under the submenu of "Struts-It" instead of "2087g.com"
3. "Struts Action Wizard" throws a NullPointerException when creating local Forwards.

1. Struts-It User Guide will be released.
2. Project web site[http://struts-it.sourceforge.net/] will start to work.
