All the exporters seem to default to output.txt, they should really use the correct extension (one less thing to remember + consistent with other apps)
Probably there shouldn't be a default for the filename itself, or it should be the same as on previous runs.
I agree. I'm currently creating a user interface dialog for exporting, and I'll try to come up with something elegant for setting the file name and extension.
