[Strmod-devel] libNet 0.5.0 released

libNet 0.5.0 has been released. Mostly I've added some new classes for
parsing XML, and a bunch of unit tests. The classes for parsing XML
haven't been well integrated into StreamModule as a whole yet, but they
will be, and the interfaces to the currently existing classes shouldn't
change all that much.

I'm also switching over to using Subversion as my version control
system. Still no publicly accessible server though as I'm not willing to
upgrade Apache to being bleeding edge in order to do it.
