#89 Adv Query-show all PLMs for run, prefer on one line

Now that we have more than one PLM for a single run, we
need to be able to select or contrain on all of them
and have them appear on one line in the query result.

Example: dbt2-pgsql uses a linux PLM and a PostgreSQL
PLM. I want to list all those that use a postgreSQL
plm id of xxxx but select the linux kernel and have
them display on one line per run/result.
