#100 Informative Test Request ID Link

When I request a test I can browse the status of my
tests : for example Queued, Running, Completed, Failed
etc.

When my tests are in a Queued or Running state it would
be nice to have a more informative "Test ID" link in
the "ID" column of
http://stp.testing.osdl.org/test_requests/list

Something along the lines of "Test Foo ix currently
Running" or "Test Foo is currently Queued". Maybe
include machine information, test request info, etc.
Anything would be better than what it currently gives
you which is something like:

Not Found

The requested URL /stp/303318/ was not found on this
server.
Apache Server at www4.testing.osdl.org Port 80
