Compiling a program with Visual C++ v9.0 Express crashes with the following error:

somefile.cpp
Visual C++ 9.0
Standard library is Dinkumware (VC++)
Dinkumware version unknown
C:\Programme\Development\stlsoft-1.9.97\include\stlsoft/util/std/iterator_helper.hpp(474) : fatal error C1189: #error : reverse_iterator form not recognised
