In the file STLport-5.1.3\build\lib\Makefile.inc (line 6 ) there is an assignment of 1 to variable PATCH:

PATCH = 1

which results in wrong shared library name libstlport.so.5.1.1. Please change 1 to 3:

PATCH = 3
