Updated documents to match code

Added tests for the move and ownership methods

Added a set of tests for whether an iterator is owned by a graph
without throwing. Added the move operation that allows a graph to be
merged with another.

Cleaned up the interface and added more comments. Added a test to see
if an iterator is owned by a data structure without throwing
