Bug fix to Job handling on Windows - also renamed member fields with m_ prefix

Added job control on Windows so that grandchild processes are killed along
with the child process. Also tidied up some of the code.

Removing all references to the old arithmetic library

Added some proper validation tests so that the return status is pass/fail
