#2 Better Print Choices

Rather than having a Print Writing and Print Text that
appears in both the toolbar and the menu, maybe there
should be a Print All, which prints both the active
area and the text area. In this scenario, the best UI
option would probably be to have Print All, Print
Writing, and Print Text as 3 menu items and have Print
All as the only printing-related toolbar item.
