Thanks for the recommendation! The decision is to move to an ISO hosted git. This sourceforge repo is no longer current. The schemata are found on https://standards.iso.org/iso/10303/smrl/v<n>/tech/smrlv<n>.zip, Where N is an integer.</n></n>

Was a decision ever made on this? I'd suggest git in the absense of other preferences - most of the larger open source hosting solutions these days seem to be based on git, so that would maximize flexibility...
